Shipping & delivery

Prestige Decants prepares perfume decants by hand in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, and ships orders across Ireland with An Post.

Preparation & dispatch

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are prepared from the next working day.

Delivery time starts when your parcel is dispatched, not when the order is placed. Any announced holiday closure or exceptional preparation delay will be shown on the store.

Delivery options within Ireland

An Post Standard: €5, or free on qualifying orders of €50 or more. This option does not include tracking.

An Post Express: €9, or free on qualifying orders of €80 or more. Tracking is provided.

Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, but untracked packets can occasionally take longer. Express is the tracked option. Carrier delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods.

Free Standard delivery applies to the Standard option, not a paid Express upgrade. Discounts can affect the qualifying order value; the delivery options and final charge displayed at checkout apply.

Dispatch confirmation & tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order is marked fulfilled. If you select Express, the tracking details are provided when available. Standard delivery does not include a tracking number.

If your parcel is delayed

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email support@prestigedecants.ie with your order number and delivery address so we can help investigate. You can contact us sooner if tracking shows a problem or your parcel arrives damaged.

Delivery details

Please check your address and Eircode before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. Orders can only be delivered to destinations supported at checkout.
